Fees and Policies

FEES

Because we know that each team is unique, we have a "menu" of pricing options available.

By far the most popular option is the "flat fee" which includes up to five (5) matches and ALL your practice time.

The flat fee for 2018 is $575 IF PAYMENT IS RECEIVED BY 31ST JULY 2017. If payment is received after this date, but before 15th October, the fee is $625. After this date, the fee is $675. Teams wishing to play more than 5 matches will be charged an additional $90 per team per match. ALL MATCH FEES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 10TH JANUARY 2018 OTHERWISE MATCHES SCHEDULED MAY BE CANCELLED.

For teams passing through Orlando or Tampa, we offer an individual fee of $150 per team per match. PLEASE NOTE THAT TEAMS ARE LIMITED TO 1 MATCH PER TEAM WHEN TAKING THIS OPTION. If practice time is required, this is available at $15 per court hour on an availability basis. Teams booking their accommodations through SBS, may play up to 2 matches per team at the $150 per team/match rate.

ALL Florida Schools who come to an SBS destination in Florida to play a match against a team that is registered with SBS for that year, will pay a reduced fee of $75. This fee is new for 2018. The rate is per match, i.e. if you are bring men and women to Orlando the fee will be 2 x $75 i.e $150. If there is an overnight stay as part of their trip to Orlando, accommodations must be booked through SBS.

ALL TEAMS PAYING THE FLAT RATE FEE MUST RESERVE THEIR ACCOMMODATION THROUGH SPRING BREAK SPORTS. THERE IS A SURCHARGE OF $750 PER TEAM FOR THOSE WHO MAKE THEIR OWN ACCOMMODATION ARRANGEMENTS. NO GUARANTEES CAN BE MADE AS TO WHICH LOCATION YOUR MATCH/PRACTICES WILL BE AT IF YOU DO NOT RESERVE YOUR ACCOMMODATIONS THROUGH SBS.
